Clippers, Nuggets Set for Round One

Read More: Dallas Mavericks , Denver Nuggets , Los Angeles Clippers , Memphis Grizzlies

In the ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS, Aaron Lopez writes that "with a 101-95 loss against the Grizzlies, the Clippers 'secured' the No. 6 seed in the Western Conference and will have home-court advantage in a first-round playoff series against the No. 3 Denver Nuggets. Memphis will be the No. 5 seed and open the playoffs on the road against the fourth-seeded Dallas Mavericks, who have the second-best record in the West. Los Angeles dropped to sixth by losing five of seven games down the stretch, prompting some to wonder whether the Clippers were positioning themselves for a more favorable playoff matchup." Link
