Toronto Raptors general manager Rob Babcock made a serious bid to bolster his backcourt on Monday by offering a three-year contract to Chicago Bulls free agent Chris Duhon. The Bulls are expected to match, but if Babcock's risk works out it could mean some measure of redemption for the much-maligned GM. Link
