If you're a Laker fan, you better sit down.
The rebuilding process continued on Friday, with Gary Payton & Rick Fox being sent to Boston, and the Lakers picking up Chris Mihm, Chucky Atkins and Marcus Banks.
That's right....Chris Mihm and Chucky Atkins.
I'm still in shock. It may not even be a bad deal for the Lakers....it's just, as I'm sure Boston fans can tell you, when you trade for a guy like Chris Mihm, it kind of knocks the wind out of you.
Anyways, as it stands, here are your 2004-2005 Lakers:
Wow....that's definitely going to be different.
And looking at the cap situation, I have to really question if Karl is coming back--I'd imagine they pulled this deal after confirming that the Mailman was gone, either to Miami or San Antonio, or to retirement.
